Toronado Sportfishing Terms & Conditions for All Reservations

• Your credit card will be billed immediately upon the completion of an order/reservation and charged in full for the purchase price. If your credit card is successfully billed, you will receive an email with your confirmation. Your credit card and ID are required at check-in. If the card does not match the ID, and the card holder is not present to verify the charge, your reservation will be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued.
• Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, firearms, knives, or any kind of explosives are not allowed onboard. We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person that appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Passengers are subject to being searched before boarding. Possession of prohibited items will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and all payments made will be forfeited.
• Absolutely no outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought onboard.
• Glass bottles and coolers/ice chests are not allowed onboard.
• Anglers must sign a waiver upon check-in at Pierpoint Landing.
• Customers must arrive a minimum of 60 minutes prior to departure to check-in for their ticket. We will hold your reservation until 30 minutes prior to departure; if you are not checked in 30 minutes prior to departure, your ticket(s)/reservation(s) will be forfeited, and there will be no refund; after this time we reserve the right to sell your space.
• Pierpoint Landing and/or Toronado Sportfishing reserves the right to make whatever changes in the trip that circumstances dictate, including cancellations for under-subscriptions, changes in the itinerary due to weather or other conditions, unavailability of boat or substitutions of boat as deemed necessary.
• In the circumstance that your trip is canceled by Toronado Sportfishing you have several options including moving your trip to a different day, depending on availability, or refund.
• Bring your California fishing license with you onboard.
• All Fishing Vessels are independently owned and operated.
• Food, rod rental, tackle, and gratuities, are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
• Due to the possible increase in fuel prices, there could be a fuel surcharge collected onboard the boat.
• We usually catch fish but we do not guarantee that you will catch fish. We do not issue rain checks for slow fishing.
• In the event of any trip changes or cancellations, you will receive an email or phone call to discuss options.
• Cancelation Policy: A 10-day notice must be given for any possible refunds, or you will forfeit your money. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Toronado Sportfishing Management. Emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation or a request to change your reservation, please call Pierpoint Landing and/or Toronado Sportfishing to make any rescheduling requests and/or cancellation. Cancellation fee is $10 per ticket. Credit card fees are not refundable. No shows will not receive a refund.
